Terms of service
These terms cover use of the ClusterCloud UK website and the cloud hosting, orchestration and managed services we agree in writing. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The website
The pages on clustercloud.uk describe our services. They are not themselves an offer to supply a particular configuration. A service starts when we confirm scope, price and term with you.
Services
Hosting, Kubernetes and managed operations are delivered as described in the proposal or order for your account. The published uptime target is 99.9% unless that order says otherwise. Planned maintenance is arranged so it does not take a production platform offline when a zero-downtime path exists.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information about the systems we are asked to run, keep your own application credentials secure, and use the services within the law. You remain responsible for the content you host.
Fees
Prices published on the site exclude VAT. Invoices follow the plan we agree. Either of us can end a monthly service on the notice written into that agreement.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability in a contract year is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in that year.
