Managed services: common questions
What does Managed 365 include?
Microsoft 365 tenant management, security and compliance baselines, user and licence administration, and UK support by phone. It starts at £35 per month excluding VAT.
How are backups tested?
Backups are encrypted and run nightly. We restore them in practice every quarter so we know recovery works before you need it.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long lock-in. Monthly services can be ended on 30 days’ notice.
